Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of the Tech Sewak public website and related interest-registration flows. Member portal rules may include additional role-specific terms after approval. Effective 27 July 2026.

1. Acceptance

By browsing this site or submitting forms (contact, register interest, donation inquiries), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Cookies policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Accounts & interest registration

Registering interest does not guarantee membership. Access to the authenticated portal requires verification and approval for the selected role (CXO, Event Organizer, or Partner). Staff and Admin access is invite-only. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal data, or disrupt services.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content via public forms.
Do not harvest or publish other members' phone numbers or private emails.
Respect intellectual property in brand marks, knowledge materials, and event content.

4. Events & communications

Event registration, ticketing, and reminders are delivered through platform channels. Organizers and staff reach participants without publicly exposing personal contact numbers.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Sewak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as programmes and compliance requirements evolve. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
